You are invited to a DigitalEdge Bidder Meeting on Monday, March 10 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. in the Conference and Institute Center at Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112) in Vancouver, Washington. The street address for ESD 112 is as follows:

During this meeting, I will share how the DigitalEdge program is moving forward in preparation for the 2008 Bid. During this important meeting, you will learn:

By attending this meeting, you will be more prepared to respond to the bid solicitation that will be published in mid-to-late March. It is very important that you or someone from your company attend this meeting if you plan to submit bids for the 2008 DigitalEdge purchasing program. You are welcome to invite the manufacturer representatives for the products you sell.

DRAFT Call for Bids

The Draft of the 2008 DigitalEdge Call for Bids is available for your review, and we are inviting comments, questions and further input regarding the bid requirements. For comments and questions you’d like us to consider before the meeting on Monday, please use the downloadable Comment Form below, and send it electronically to the Contract Administrator no later than Friday, March 7 at 5:00 p.m. We will also receive and record comments and questions at the meeting on Monday, and will make them available to all participants here on the DigitalEdge web site. Comments will continue to be received and recorded until March 14.

DRAFT Product Specifications

Educational Service District 112 is inviting written comments from vendors regarding the DigitalEdge 2008 Draft Product Specifications. Please use the downloadable form below to type your comments, and then send the form as an attachment to an e-mail message to the Bid Administrator no later than Friday, March 14 at 5:00 p.m. The comment forms and our responses will be available for review on this page on March 20th. Thank you.
